🇬🇧 Summer Camps

Summer camps in the United Kingdom

Spending a summer at a real British boarding school — towers, cricket pitches and a centuries-old dining hall — is an experience kids never forget. For older teens, university campuses offer a taste of their future.

Living in Hogwarts (summer edition)

Few things impress a child like crossing the gates of a historic British boarding school. In summer these campuses fill with students from around the world: English lessons in the morning, sport and activities in the afternoon, excursions at the weekend (London, Oxford, castles, cliffs…).

For teens over 14, university campus camps in cities like Oxford or Cambridge add independence: university residence, public-speaking or leadership workshops, and that “this is what I want for my future” feeling.

Sport, art, or a bit of everything

The UK is themed-camp paradise: football with English club methodology, tennis, golf, riding, rugby, drama, art… If your child has a passion, there’s a camp to train it — in English, with friends from twenty countries.

Prefer a family atmosphere? Consider Ireland’s camps. Ready for more? The term in the UK awaits.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What are 'Harry Potter style' boarding schools?

Historic British schools — stone buildings, gardens, stained-glass dining halls — that become international camps in summer. Kids sleep in the school residences and use all the facilities. The phrase comes from the children themselves: 'this is Hogwarts'.

Multi-activity or specialised camp?

It depends on your child. Multi-activity is perfect for trying everything; specialised camps — football, tennis, golf, riding, drama — suit kids with a passion to train in English. Both include morning English lessons.

Is a visa needed for summer after Brexit?

No: short summer stays only require a valid passport, plus minor authorisations and camp documents, which we prepare together.

From what age?

Programmes start at 8 with reinforced supervision. University campuses (Oxford, Cambridge, London…) suit ages 14-17 with more autonomy.

How does a minor travel alone?

Unaccompanied-minor airline service or escorted flights on set dates, with organised pickup at the British airport. I build the complete travel plan.
