2. What data we process and why

Through the contact form we collect: name, email, phone, the age of the child, programme and destination of interest, and your message. We use them exclusively to reply to your enquiry and advise you about our educational programmes.

3. Legal basis

Your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the acceptance box, and pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

4. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except by legal obligation. Our processors are Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting) and Resend (form email delivery). When booking a programme, your data will be shared with the destination schools or organisations, always with your knowledge.

5. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle it and at most 2 years from the last contact, unless a contractual relationship or legal obligation requires longer.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@interlingo.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
