Optional analytics

Interlingo uses Google Analytics 4 only if you accept analytics in the preferences notice. It helps us understand in aggregate which pages are useful, how visitors arrive and how many contact requests are completed.

Google Analytics may create _ga and _ga_* cookies, usually for up to two years. In GA4 we keep Google Signals and ad personalisation disabled. We do not send names, emails, telephone numbers or form messages to Analytics.

Only after consent we also load the Google Ads tag (AW-18421809186) for conversion and remarketing measurement, and the ChatGPT Ads measurement pixel (OpenAI) to attribute campaign conversions (form submit, WhatsApp or phone clicks). The ChatGPT Ads SDK is served from bzrcdn.openai.com and may contact bzr.openai.com. It may set the __oppref cookie. None of these tags run without consent.

You can change your choice at any time through Analytics preferences.

Embedded third-party services

• Google Maps may use Google cookies on the “Where we are” page.
• Google Fonts loads typefaces from Google servers.
• Instagram is contacted only after you choose to load an embedded reel; Meta may then receive technical information and use cookies.

Legal basis and retention

The legal basis is your consent. Analytics event data is retained for 14 months. Withdrawing consent does not affect use of the website or contact form.
